Any patient receiving outpatient treatment or any caregiver supporting a patient in any hospital in the greater Milwaukee area is eligible to stay at Kathy's House. All guests need a referral by a Health Care Professional who is familiar with the patient.

Once you have decided that you would like to stay at Kathy's House, request that the Health Care Professional FAX a "Request for Temporary Housing" to Kathy's House at 414-453-8292.

After the FAX is received, the guest needs to make contact with Kathy's House to complete the application. Potential guests will be given information about staying at Kathy's House and all questions will be answered. Guests must confirm their stay with us 1-2 days prior to arrival.
